Production & Assembly

Talking about industrial floors is never easy. The problems that daily plague industrial buildings are many and not all the flooring solutions proposed by the market are able give the right answer. Cipa Gres' solutions, created to give an effective answer to this question, have led our company to acquire market leadership in this field already from several years. Our high performance full-body products, with frost resistance feature guaranteed by rigorous controls, resistant to high stresses and to traffic usury, and last but not least, with the possibility of many colours and antislip finishings, make Cipa Gres porcelain stoneware the ideal choice for industrial building, lasting and efficient, especially if projected over time.

Product classification

Cipa Gres porcelain stoneware is classified according to ISO 13006 EN 14411 Group B1a UGL or more simply as monolithic UGL (unglazed) porcelain stoneware. It is made up of a single homogeneous mass that makes it much more resistant than any other type of material that can be used for paving industrial buildings. Repeated steps inflict a continuous rub on the floors, and our UGL products resist this and much more.

Dimensional features EN ISO 10545-2

The high quality standard of Cipa Gres products, quite better than norms prescribe, gives a dimensional precision, both in the calibres (real size) and in the thickness, to our production that allows to reduce joints to the minimum.

Flexural strength and breaking strength EN ISO 10545-4

The very high values of our production, almost double those required by international standards, place our products at the top among the products on the market suitable for this intended use.

A suitable laying, so-called full-bed, will allow to take advantage of the greater performance of our porcelain stoneware at a value that stands, working by compression, at about 3500 Kg./cm2.

Coefficients of friction

They are available in various formats and tested according to national and international standards, DIN 51130, DIN 51094, B.C.R.A. TORTUS, ASTM 1028, ANSI A 137.1: 2012, BS 7976-2: 2002, UNE ENV 12633: 2006, AS 4586: 2013 etc., all the anti-skid necessary for the working environments accessory to the commercial area (laboratories, changing rooms with

showers , loading and unloading areas both internal and external, etc.).

Stain resistance UNI EN ISO 10545-14

Thanks to the closed surface microporosity, typical of our porcelain stoneware, all our products are in class 5, so any accidental stains of any nature are easily removable.

Surface compactness and microbacterial cleanability

To guarantee easy cleanability and the easy elimination of any bacterial charge, Cipa Gres carries out continuous production line checks to verify the compactness of the surface that allow a microbacterial analysis certificate, released by referenced third party bodies. This ensures, when proper post-installation cleaning is carried out, no residual bacterial load.

Project colors

The color as signal, or to divide departments, or to make rooms more comfortable. Our production techniques allow us to create special finishes and colors according to the customer's request. Already several companies have found an answer in this field, harmonizing colors and obtaining comfortable environmental colour balances.

Our technical porcelain stoneware, being a full body (UGL), allows us to create on demand your own logo inserted in the floor.
